Description
HAY’s Apollo Portable table lamp is a delightful combination of traditional and modern elements. Created by Danish design agency Studio 0405 and designer Nikolaj Lorentz Mentze, the Apollo luminaire was originally designed as an oil lamp for the Apollo Bar & Kantine restaurant in Copenhagen, after which it is also named. The hand-made table lamp is made entirely of opal glass, filtering the light into a soft and inviting glow. Apollo Portable creates a comforting illumination without glare and is suitable for a wide variety of spaces, from private homes to offices and cafés – and you can also take the cordless table lamp with you to the garden or terrace, or a midnight picnic!
