Description
The Green Tool herb chopper by Eva Solo is like a modern, minimalist version of a mezzaluna knife: it is used by rocking it on top of the herbs, allowing its curved, ultra-sharp blade to cut, chop or slice the ingredients quickly and efficiently. Instead of the usual two handles, the chopper has a single handle with wider sections on each end to ensure a good, comfortable grip.
