Description
Marimekko’s Peura plate is adorned with Aino-Maija Metsola’s enchanting pattern, where white-tailed deer have discovered their sanctuary deep within a serene coniferous forest. Created originally with brush and ink, the Peura (deer) pattern is part of Metsola’s series of animal-themed illustrations for Marimekko.
The ceramic plate is part of the Oiva tableware range, designed by Sami Ruotsalainen, and is easily combinable with monochrome dishware as well as other Marimekko patterns. The 20-centimetre size is ideal for a sandwich or a salad, for example.
