Description
The Teema pitcher, designed by Kaj Franck in 1952, boasts a classic and timeless design that makes it easily combinable with a variety of tableware designs. Originally designed for milk or cream, the Teema pitcher is also ideal for oil, salad dressing or balsamic vinegar.
Back when it was designed, the pitcher was considered very innovative: intended to be used as a milk jar, the pitcher fit perfectly between Finnish two-layer windows where it stayed cool, as fridges were still rare in the country. Due to its simple and elegant form, the Teema pitcher seems just as contemporary as it did in the 1950s.
