The Loft D1000R wall lamp by Jieldé is one of the most iconic French lighting designs. Due to the adjustable arm and robust metal structure, Loft lamps are perfect for both office and home.
In 1950, inventor Jean-Louis Domecq designed the first Jieldé lamp for his own workshop. The result was a solid and simple lamp whose joints allow a great number of lighting positions, making it perfect for the most demanding working environments as well as for domestic use. In 1953, Jean-Louis Domecq founded Jieldé in Lyon, France, and named it after his initials J, L and D. The lamps are individually numbered and are still manufactured using the traditional methods.
