The Siiri table lamp is an enchanting cordless light sculpture that will light up your home placed your night stand, on your windowsill or on top of a bookcase – wherever light is needed. Featuring a long beak and a large tail, the rounded bird-like shape of the lamp makes it a charming piece even when the light is not on.
Siiri is part of the Iittala x Magis Linnut collection developed in collaboration with the design legend Oiva Toikka, featuring light sculptures based on Toikka’s iconic Birds by Toikka glass art collection. Made of a new kind of transparent polycarbonate with similar qualities to mouth-blown glass, the flock of distinctive light sculptures emanates the unique nature, whimsical creativity and subtle humour typical of Toikka’s designs. The collection’s luminaires, made in Italy, won the prestigious iF Design Award 2021.
