For a quick curry fry a large, sliced onion in 1 tbsp. of oil until golden. Add 500g meat and seal. Add 1 tbsp. of curry powder and cook for 1 minute. Add 500ml stock and simmer uncovered until meat is cooked. Add more stock if needed. For a creamier sauce add 2 tbsp yoghurt before serving.
