The Hohto sauna cover by Lapuan Kankurit is a stylish choice for the home sauna. Made of a durable and comfortable blend of linen and cotton, it not only protects your skin from the heat of the sauna but crowns the appearance of the sauna with a beautiful Hohto pattern, designed by Elisa Defossez Kikuchi. The designer found inspiration for the pattern in the sun’s beams shimmering through the leaves of trees – a phenomenon known in Japan as “komorebi”.
The long sauna cover also finds its place outside the sauna: use it as a tablecloth in table settings or grab it as a seat for a picnic in the park. The sauna cover is woven in Finland at the weaving mill of Lapuan Kankurit.
