Come and join Valentina Harris, for a Chef’s Table experience at Divertimenti, where Valentina will cook you all a fabulous 3 course lunch and entertain you with her culinary tales and pass on lots of useful cooking tips.
The session will consist of 1.5 hours of cooking and eating in a Chef’s Table format followed by 30 minutes of shopping and chatting with Valentina.
The recipes are perfect for entertaining and packed with tips and tricks on how to get ahead when having friends and family over for an Italian style lunch – getting the very best out of your ingredients and a menu packed with delicious flavours.
After lunch with a glass of wine, you will have the opportunity to browse around the store with your special 10% discount and with Valentina to advise you and show you around her favourite parts of the store.
Divertimenti really is a very special place, and is the only London cookery school where the cooking action takes place right in the heart of the shop itself. This gorgeous emporium of all things cookery first opened in 1963 and has always been like an Aladdin’s cave for keen cooks, packed to the rafters with everything from the most beautiful tea towels to the very best range of knives, and everything in between.
We will welcome you with tea or coffee and a home made pastry before you settle down to watch, listen, ask questions and just enjoy Valentina’s cooking.
