Description
Microplane’s Black Sheep Series Zester can be used for zesting all citrus fruits and grating hard cheese, ginger, chocolate, nutmeg and truffle into a fine zest. The elegant, entirely black grater is made of stainless steel with a PVD coating for extra scratch resistance, and the non-slip rubber handle ensures a good grip. In 2022, the Black Sheep Series graters won the Red Dot Award.

The secret of the success is the chemical photo-etching technique that makes the blades of the graters significantly sharper, stronger and more durable than most graters.
