This sieve is made from high quality all-stainless steel, with a heavy-duty but fine mesh. The mesh is suitable for sieving all types of dry ingredients such as icing sugar and flour, but it can also handle fruit such as pears or figs being squeezed through, for smooth purees and baby foods. There’s a lightweight but sturdy wire handle and two hooks for maximum stability when placing in larger bowls or medium pots and pans. The stainless steel, rust-proof construction is officially dishwasher safe, though we’d always recommend you hand wash it.
