Nemo Lighting’s Applique à Volet Pivotant Plié is a minimalist wall lamp designed by Charlotte Perriand, the structure of which is based – very typically for Perriand – on a pivoting, sheet-like shade. Perriand found people’s gestures and hand movements endlessly fascinating, and therefore her lighting designs were often based on different movable details.
Applique à Volet Pivotant Plié creates ambient, indirect lighting in the room, casting light on both its sides. By turning the folded metal shade, you can control the direction in which the light shines the most. Thanks to its distinctive design, the luminaire is ideal for creating soft lighting in the bedroom or mood lighting in the living spaces.
