Weighing just 10.5kg, the Ooni Fyra Pizza Oven is fuelled by energy-efficient, sustainably sourced wood pellets and takes seconds to set up and is ready to cook in 10 minutes and can reach temperatures up to 500°C (932°F).
The outer shell of the pizza oven is made from highly durable carbon steel with a high temperature resistant powder-coated finish that’s weather-resistant, with a thick layer of insulation. The inside of the oven shouldn’t need cleaning at all as its self-cleaning but, if you should feel it needs a wipe down, you can do so with paper towels.
