The Cristel Vegetable Mill is made out of stainless steel, including a set of 3 stainless steel grates: fine cut (1.5mm) for velvet and grout; medium cut (2mm) for vegetable purees and compotes, wide cut (5mm) for spaetzles, vegetable purees etc. Anti slip and removable feet for easy maintenance.
