Monisha is well known for her personality and style in the kitchen. Her work involves teaching traditional, much loved Indian recipes as well as bespoke recipes for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free clients. Monisha’s expertise lies in creating recipes that are suited to western markets while still keeping true to authenticity in terms of taste, ingredient profile, cultural and social history.
