Özlem Warren

Özlem Warren is a Turkish food writer and a passionate cookery teacher. She frequently travels to teach Turkish cookery in the USA, Turkey, UK and Jordan. Her debut cookbook,””, was published in 2019 and won the 2020 Gourmand Best in the World Award in Food Heritage. Sebze is her brand new cookbook published in the UK on 11th April 2024, we are delighted to have Özlem showcase her new recipes from this delicious new cookbook.

Özlem’s recipes and articles are published at major newspapers and magazines including the Waitrose Food Magazine, Waitrose Weekend, The New York Times Cooking, Milk Street magazine, Hurriyet Daily News and Sabah Daily.
