These beautiful carving boards are handmade exclusively for Divertimenti by The Viking Workshop in Yorkshire.
Raised wooden points hold the meat securely, whilst the deep juice channels feed a well-sized reservoir. When you’re ready to pour off the juices, there’s a neatly-carved spout to make the task as easy as possible. Hand indents at either end assist in lifting the board directly to the table.
The underside of the board is flat and ideal as a cutting or chopping board.
This compact 34cm x 22cm size is ideal for cuts for steak or chicken.
Each board bears The Viking Workshop’s logo, branded to the edge of the board, as a sign of their skill and craftsmanship.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth after use and dry thoroughly. Avoid soaking any wooden board. To preserve the best appearance of the wood, treat with a food-grade wood mineral oil whenever the wood appears to be dry.
