Description
The Hohto sauna cover by Lapuan Kankurit is a stylish choice for the home sauna. Made of durable and comfortable linen and cotton, it not only protects your skin from the heat of the sauna but crowns the appearance of the sauna with a beautiful Hohto pattern, designed by Elisa Defossez Kikuchi. The designer found inspiration for the pattern in the sun’s beams shimmering through the leaves of trees – a phenomenon known in Japan as “komorebi”.
The long sauna cover also finds its place outside the sauna: use it as a tablecloth in table settings or grab it as a seat for a picnic in the park. The sauna cover is woven in Finland at the weaving mill of Lapuan Kankurit.
